Our vision for Ministry to Men at Southview is
From June 1-3, we will be headed to Camp Caroline for a weekend retreat that will include great food, sports, activities, and fellowship with your Southview brothers. The bi-annual retreat is a chance to recharge and be encouraged and challenged in your faith. You can also enjoy the hot tub, swimming pool, basketball court and volleyball court. Plus, there might be an opportunity to golf at the beautiful Sundre Golf Course
Our speaker will be Cal Ellerby - Married 35 years to the most amazing woman in the world, my dear wife Mary. We have 3 incredible children; Denton, Keaton and Tiffany. (Soon to be) 4 awesome grandchildren. Mary and I started pastoring in 1982 in the northern Saskatchewan community of Melfort. We served in full time pastoral ministry for about 20 years before entering the business community. As an entrepreneur at heart in both business and ministry Mary and I planted 3 churches, founded the “Grampa’s Time” ministry in 2013 and the “Kingdom Leadership Coaching” program in 2015. My first book “It’s Grampa’s Time; The patriarch’s blueprint to change the world” will be completed by the summer of 2018. I’m sure I am best known for my wife Mary and my hockey playing sons and nephews. I am absolutely convinced that godly men, full of the Holy Spirt, that are fully engaged in our culture can change the world.
