Nourish will take place over three sessions on Wednesday evenings, November 7, 14 and 21, 2018.
We live in a society saturated with conflicting messages about beauty and food. Nourish is a ministry that equips women with confidence in how they have been created, and provides an understanding of healthful food choices - focusing on nourishment through scripture and food.
You will hear Lauren's personal story of enduring struggles with her health and food through this journey. Janine is a Dietician who specializes in food relationships and health promotion. She will speak on food relationships through her Christian perspective to bring a rich balance to the conversation.
